We will not accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear. Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition( new, unused and unwashed) with tags attached. For expedited processing, please include your packing slip in the return package.

NOTE: Any return request for definitive item or order error must be made within five days from receipt of item.

2. Cancellation and refund process

We reserve the right to cancel and refund order deemed potentially fraudulent. All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. As stated above in our Returns Policy, all sales are final. All refunds are provided as store credit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective merchandise, or error in size or product of our fault. Transport costs are too high to make exchanges.
